WRITTEN REPORT
Written reports containing all found minor and major defects, maintenance issues, and possible energy efficiency and other improvements, with reference to any relevant digital photos or technical findings. Reports come with copies of all digital photos.
VERBAL REPORT
Verbal reports are given via phone, detailing all minor and major defects found during the inspection and any related other considerations. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions that you may have concerning any of these details. Copies of all digital photos are provided to reference during discussion.

High-quality digital photography of the property, with detailed images of defects and references in verbal and written reports.
THERMAL
IMAGING
Thermal imaging reveals issues with thermal efficiency, such as insulation, as well as issues with dampness in any surface, and hidden structural detail.
LASER
LEVELS
Traditional methods can't pick up minor variations in level. Laser measurements can indicate millimetre-specific changes in floor, ceiling, or brickwork levels.
ENDOSCOPIC IMAGING
Optical and video endoscopy can be employed to reach otherwise inaccessible areas for examination.
MOISTURE METER ANALYSIS
A highly sensitive measure of moisture levels in all surfaces. Some areas may be prone to persistent moisture leading to rotting or degradation of structures.
ELECTRICAL ASSESSMENT
